The apartment had plenty of room for four, and the complex felt comfortable and family-friendly. Still, the price didn’t feel justified. The bunk’s mattresses and pillows were in rough shape, and there was no fan or AC in that room, which made sleeping there in summer impossible. Having the owners on site gave some sense of security, but privacy was lacking. Whenever we started the grill, they’d ask to use it for their own cooking and interrupt our time together. Once, cars were parked beside us during a meal, and other guests brought it up rudely, so we had to move. After five days a glass broke. We told them, and they charged us for it before letting us leave. There were no sheets or towels. The location worked well, but the condition of things, the lack of privacy, and the cost mean we wouldn’t stay again.

For a big family, this was the best-priced vacation option we found. The complex and its facilities were spotless, and the manager and owner were incredibly kind and attentive. It’s a beautiful place with a really family-friendly feel. We had a great stay!

Getting the car in and out was a hassle. During the day we were asked to leave it outside, then at night other cars filled the parking area. We had to wake people to move theirs, and sometimes couldn’t get our car out. The pool also felt too small for the number of guests, with little privacy, and it has fixed hours. Many of these rules and details weren’t disclosed ahead of time, so they came as a surprise. The owner lives next door and watches guests, even through the windows, which made us uncomfortable. The place is expensive for what it offers and not as close to the city center as advertised. Wi-Fi failed on all three networks, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the chairs are falling apart. Nearly all the drawers have holes. The fan blows toward the floor, and AC is only in one room despite the listing saying both. It wasn’t very clean, towels and sheets aren’t supplied, and dogs are allowed into the apartments.

It’s a peaceful spot by the river, with quick access to the city center.
