The views take in the whole mountain range, and the huge park is visited every day by foxes and different kinds of birds. The grounds are very well kept. Our room was a real treat up in the mountains, with a double-sized jacuzzi, and it was cleaned daily. Both the indoor heated pool and the outdoor pool were in excellent shape, and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was included. There was white and dark sliced bread, croissants, homemade cookies, pastafrola, biscuits, ham and cheese, little jars of jam, dulce de leche, butter, cream cheese, fruit salad with apple, banana, orange, and strawberry, cornflakes, colorful cereals, vanilla and strawberry yogurt, hot and cold milk, chocolate milk, coffee, an electric kettle and toaster, and a range of teas. I didn’t try the juice, so I can’t say how it was. Everything else was very good value for money.

We’d definitely return after such a lovely family stay. The grounds were beautiful, well cared for, and incredibly peaceful, and we even spotted foxes. Views from the cabins, breakfast area, and pool were truly spectacular. The enormous pool and its sun deck, with loungers and chairs, were perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had lots of choice: coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, toast, cold cuts, and delicious pastries. Just a few small things could make a big difference: some towels should be replaced, and the kitchen equipment needs to be completed or updated, as utensils like an iron were missing. The shower screen is a bit small, so water gets out when you shower; a hairdryer would be handy too. The air conditioning in our upstairs room wasn’t working, but the fan was fine.

The setting and the staff’s service are both a 10, and the atmosphere is friendly. The rooms for two, though, are very basic and inadequate. There’s no Wi-Fi in the cabins, which feels essential these days. Breakfast was okay, but incomplete and very basic. The spa service is quite limited. We booked relaxing massages, but they were really weak and not cheap. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback for a place with all the potential to be a 10.
