The breakfast was so poor it would have been better not to offer it at all. It's sad to see such a lovely resort so neglected. The photos they publish don't match what we found on arrival. The grounds were poorly kept, with overgrown grass and broken plastic chairs, some held together with tape and others scattered around the park. The rooms were dark and damp, awful if you have allergies. The bed and pillow were awful, and the towels and sheets were in poor condition. The resort has what it takes to be a great place, but the reality is disappointing. It might be okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Vero and David were especially attentive, very kind, and hardworking. The place is huge and they maintain it very well. Beautiful facilities and scenery, highly recommended!

We felt really at ease here when I stayed with my partner. It’s a lovely, quiet place to unwind, with plenty of greenery. Vero is so nice!

The park is gorgeous and so peaceful, and Piedras Blancas is only 300 meters away, which is wonderful. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff gave excellent service. It is a little far from Merlo city, though.
