Complejo el Painé

It’s a spacious, beautiful complex, kept in meticulous condition. The cabin is well equipped, and both the cleanliness and service are outstanding. It’s conveniently away from the town center, so it’s a good spot for nature and family time.

We came with our four kids, and loved waking up to the mountains. Sitting in a lounge chair under a tree beside the cabin was the best. There are two large pools, one warm and one cold, with lots of loungers, plus a deck with more chairs and little tables. The place has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, a big TV, and a grill that’s handy when you’re staying with another family. Wi-Fi reaches all around the complex, but it cut out quite often. We’re not a standard family, and the cabin had one double bedroom and another with two single beds. In setups like this, there are usually two more beds in the living room. What was hard was having no place to store clothes for anyone sleeping there. There wasn’t anything, and the bedroom closets had a lot of wasted space: plenty of room to hang clothes that aren’t in use, but just one shelf. The safe takes up more room too, leaving only two drawers. There’s no washing machine or laundry sink, so you have to improvise.

It was so peaceful there, and the grounds were kept beautifully clean and tidy. Natalia and the rest of the team were excellent, taking care of even the smallest details. We’ll definitely be back.

I’ve stayed here several times and always really enjoyed it. The cabins are comfortable, the place is spectacular, and the service is top-notch.
