The views from the rooms were excellent, and everything was orderly, clean, and well organized. I have many dietary restrictions, and the staff and owner were very attentive about making sure I had a suitable menu. Highly recommend it.

The location is spectacular, and the staff were excellent and friendly. Dinner came with great prices and promotions. The room was cleaned and the towels changed impeccably throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

We went with our two little kids, and the staff gave them so much affection. The café and dining room teams were wonderful, and the service was excellent and respectful. It felt very family friendly, and the cleanliness was a 10!!!

The location is a plus, right on the coast and near the city center, and the food and service were impeccable. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms are tiny, basically just a bed, and the sheets we got were torn or too small and kept coming loose. The bathroom is cramped, the shower has mold and floods. The living room also serves as the dining room, so it gets overcrowded at breakfast and dinner, especially when it rains. There isn't enough room for all the hotel guests. Wi-Fi is only really useful for messaging, and rest isn't guaranteed: one group shouted until 3:30 am one night. Breakfast is tea, fresh pastries and juice, not a continental spread. I also didn't feel comfortable leaving my key unattended during the day, especially since there was no receptionist. Under the “Single Annex” of Buenos Aires 2024, which sets basic hotel rules, this place shouldn't have any stars, though it's listed as a two-star hotel. I couldn't find any other official regulations.

The staff were lovely, and everything we tried was delicious and generous. They even looked for gluten-free options for my 11-year-old daughter and made sure she felt included. Highly recommended.
