Hotel Mon Amour

The waitresses and managers were all wonderful, and the service really speaks for itself. One of the kitchen managers had a minor issue, but it got resolved. Excellent, words can't describe it. Don't miss this hotel!

We had a terrible experience and I don't recommend this place. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the wait was longer than reasonable, with no clear explanation. Once we got in, it smelled musty and was in appalling hygienic condition. The food was very poor quality and unpleasant. One waitress also gave us extremely bad service, repeatedly failing to bring things we asked for and seeming unwilling to help. They urgently need to improve cleanliness, food quality, and staff training.

The only good part was the night receptionist, who was kind and patient. The manager had no patience at all, and everything else left a lot to be desired. We came with friends and were first given a room without a shower. After we complained, they moved us to one with a shower, but it was broken and dirty, with even a glass that had an insect stuck inside. The towels were wet and dirty, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. The gluten-free food was awful and had no variety, and breakfast was poor. The hotel is close to the beach but far from everything else.

The location by the sea was the best thing about the hotel. We stayed for 5 days, but the food wasn't up to what we expected, and the morning reception staff were rude and unmotivated. We spent a whole day without water, so we couldn't shower. A guest's fanny pack was stolen from the counter, and nobody took responsibility. They also refused to show us the security camera footage. It was a disaster.
