Los 3 Mosqueteros

We spent our honeymoon here and woke up to a perfect lake view. The rooms have a modern, high quality feel, and the homemade breakfast was so good. During the day, the hotel lets you use a kayak and sap for free, and there’s a heated pool too. Juan was very kind and helped us put together a great vacation by showing us activities in the area. A perfect place for a getaway!

Breakfast was a huge, delicious buffet, with so many pastries it was hard to choose. We also loved the heated pool, the nice beach, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Our room was a gorgeous, clean, spacious lakefront one after we were upgraded, and the staff were gracious and accommodating. The classic building has lots of windows, so the lake and harbor views kept changing. It’s right beside the National Park. We took a boat to the end of the peninsula and hiked back through the Park.

Juan Pablo and Claudia, the owners, treated us like family, and the whole staff was wonderfully hospitable. We stayed eight nights in a cabana at 3 Mosqueteros and met friends from Puerta Varas Chile for a long weekend. The location and facilities were great, and we appreciated the morning pastries and coffee. The team also gave us lots of useful ideas for dining and planning travel around Patagonia. We’ve been to 42 countries and lived in a few, and this was a 10/10 on every count.

I came back in August 2023 and was worried the place might not match my memories. It was just as lovely as before. The hosts were warm and so helpful, and JP gave us lots of useful information during our stay. On my first visit, I was blown away by the spectacular lake views from the rooms, the staff’s hospitality, and the smell of fresh baked pastries. Breakfast was delicious too. A truly five star experience in Villa de Angostura.
