We were travelling around Argentina for a month and stayed here for a few days. Once we were already in Buenos Aires, we realized we’d left an expensive clothing item behind. When we contacted the hotel, they confirmed they’d found it, but they hadn’t tried to contact us. We asked them to mail it to us, and at some point they stopped replying, leaving us with no way to sort it out. Their treatment of customers’ belongings was disrespectful and felt like theft.

The cabanas are lovely and charming, with everything you need, and the staff are great. The views are the best in town, and the price feels worth it. Highly recommended!
