The hosts were great.

The location is fantastic and easy to get around from. The lake is a one-block walk away, and the public beach is just a few blocks further. Staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was very good, with croissants, bread, jam, dulce de leche, cream cheese, coffee, soda, tea, milk, and orange juice, though a little fruit would be a nice addition. Our double room was lovely and comfortable, with a balcony and a nice view. The bed was fantastic, and the large bathroom had a great shower with excellent water pressure. There’s also a mini-fridge and stovetop, plus heated indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a hot tub.

We had a spacious studio apartment or loft, and the rooms were comfortable and fully equipped. The pool was excellent and heated. Service was very good. Breakfast could be better, perhaps with fruit or other choices, but as these are apartments, you can prepare your own breakfast and cook for yourself. The location is excellent, just 50 meters away and two blocks from the best beaches in Manzano Bay.

Room 7 was like an oven, with direct sun and only a small air conditioner upstairs. The bathroom felt like a sauna, and the curtains didn’t block the sunlight. The wooden staircase creaked a lot. The woman working mornings was very unfriendly, and no one seemed to know much about anything. The apartment was filthy when we arrived. Although water bottles were included, we weren’t given any during our stay. The room was cleaned only every three days, toilet paper wasn’t replenished, and the trash wasn’t taken out. At breakfast, they didn’t refill the tea, so you had to drink a flavor you didn’t like. We saved some juice and spreadable cheese for an afternoon snack, but staff came in and took them away.
