Vilma's hospitality was excellent, and the place by the shores of Lake Moquehue felt magical. We stayed in the Tini cabin, which is small but very functional. The Wi-Fi might benefit from a stronger signal. We even shared a barbecue and a chat with the carpenter who was there. He was a very nice person.

The owners are always available, and the cabins and grounds are lovely, clean, and tidy. The Wi-Fi could be better, since there isn't any in the cabin, and for the price I think it should have it, along with air conditioning. Everything else was perfect.

The cabin is lovely and well equipped, with a beautiful lake view. The owner was a great help, and the service was excellent and super friendly.

We spent all four days freezing because the heater and water heater were set to their lowest and couldn't be turned up. Hot water lasted just a minute. On top of that, we were given a cabin below the one we'd paid for, and our complaint got no response. I really don't recommend it. For the price difference, you'd be better off choosing any other cabin.

A great place to unwind, with excellent cabins right by the lake, good service, and helpful staff. It's 15 minutes from the mountain and 5 minutes from the shopping center. Highly recommended!!!
