Ferienhaus Viktoria

The balcony is private and the views from it are fantastic. Rooms are modern and very clean. There isn't breakfast, but the apartments have a small kitchenette with plenty of gear: microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, hob, plus all the utensils you might need.

We were disappointed after spending four nights in a beautiful apartment in Mallnitz and then arriving here. We'd booked for eight people, but were given an apartment for six plus an extra room, which made it hard to divide one of the families. The flat was cold and very dirty. There were cigarettes in the terrace ashtray, a missing bulb in the ceiling lights, mold on the bathroom walls, and broken glass in the door to the terrace. The kitchen was dated, poorly equipped, and generally in bad shape. When we tried to raise these issues, the landlord was rude and unfriendly. We've travelled to around 100 countries, and this was by far our worst experience.

We've stayed here twice. The apartments are lovely and the surroundings are beautiful, and the host is very friendly and does whatever she can to help.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself is very nice. Our room was among the smallest they have, but it was spotless and well looked after. We had a pleasant stay, thank you.
