The balcony view is actually quite nice, and the bathtub is great. The landlady is very friendly and always available if you have questions. The place was as expected, cheap and terribly old-fashioned, with a smell like Grandma's house, which wasn't so pleasant. The kitchen equipment is poor and needs improvement, including the stove, pots and pans, and utensils.

We come to Achenkirchen regularly, and Haus Bergfrieden will stay our choice. The slopes are very close, and the house is charming, cozy, clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The landlady is really friendly and accommodating. 10/10, we'll be back!

A reasonably priced holiday rental with everything you need. It's very old, but clean throughout.
