A supermarket downstairs was a pleasant surprise in the morning, and there are several petrol stations and fast food places nearby. It’s a great spot to recharge before getting back on the road. Check-in was smooth. The room was clean and warm without being too hot, just right for a cold winter night. The shower is an Asian-style one, so the floor gets wet, but the pressure was good and the water hot enough. Towels and shampoo/shower gel are provided, but there’s no toothpaste or toothbrush.

If getting sleep matters, don’t come here. We only booked one night and had no need for cleaning, but they knocked at 8 a.m. and came into the room to start. Check-out is supposed to be at 12:00. When I called the support line, a rude and unreasonable woman hung up instead of helping and said they thought this was fine.

Sleeep Ansfelden worked well for our one-night stop on the way to Italy. The price was very good, and the rooms were simple but clean. We were satisfied overall and would stay again if needed. The room was very hot when we arrived, though, and opening the windows brought in noise from the nearby autobahn. Check-in took quite a while at 2 a.m., with our small child waiting. The machines were very slow and didn’t respond well to touch, perhaps because they’re near the entrance and exposed to January cold. I had to press hard to select anything. Also, after entering something incorrectly, correcting it and trying again still brought up “reservation not found.” I had to start the whole process over and enter everything correctly from the beginning.

It looks new and very modern, with clean rooms equipped with everything you need and a large free parking area. There’s not much around, though, apart from a gas station and Burger King.
