The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with a generous range of food. The beds were clean and comfortable, though the lounge area was pretty poor. It's a pet friendly hotel, but the park where dogs can run is quite far away. Being close to the highway is handy, though traffic noise is a downside.

The room was luxurious, the hotel was clean, and the staff were amazing. I was happy with everything and will come back again and again. The gifts were much appreciated 💛 ☺ 💓 People in Graz were so friendly and nice. The streets felt safe and were clean, people were polite, and public transportation was clean too. Graz should be your chill out destination.

The room was basic but comfortable for the three of us. The desk team were very polite. We couldn't get into the locked safe because the staff couldn't open it, so we had to carry our passports and wallets everywhere. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of continental options and eggs.

The staff thoughtfully left the windows open to keep the room cool for my late evening arrival. It smelled slightly of paint, but that was much better than cigarette or cigar smoke. The room was comfortable, if a bit basic. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of continental choices and hot food, including scrambled eggs and bacon.
