There are lovely paths to walk along a little river nearby, plus a great coffee and pizza spot. We even found a beautiful garden for the kids, just 5 minutes away. The rooms are cozy, clean and really nice, the breakfast is enough, and the reception staff are so welcoming and kind. They helped us with everything and gave us tips for a great trip. You also get the summer card here. This place is just awesome, nothing to say.

The rooms felt old and smelled bad, and the sauna arrangements were frustrating. On the first evening, I wanted to book it, but the woman said 7 pm was too late, even though she'd said at check-in that it would be available. I booked it for the next evening, but no one had warmed it for me. Breakfast was another problem. We asked for vegan options and got only vegan butter. There were hairs in the fruit salad and the cups were dirty. A very bad experience. I'd choose another hotel.

We stayed for a week and were lucky to visit during a period when a free tourist card was included. It let us take the bus and visit numerous expensive attractions for free. The staff were friendly, the hotel was dog friendly, and our room was spacious, with a comfortable sofa bed. It was handy having a separate entrance area for coats and other things. Highly recommend staying here.

We've been coming to Zell am See for 10 years, and we'd like to return to this hotel. Everyone was friendly, the service was excellent, and the place felt so cozy and homey. Breakfast was delicious, and it's a blessing that the hotel welcomes pets. The women serving in the restaurant were especially friendly and attentive throughout. The free Kaprun summer card was the best part of the booking, since it gave access to most cable car rides and attraction entries for free. Parking was free too, and the mountain view from the hotel was lovely. Our room was really big, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very tasty, especially the cheese omelette 🤤. I'd definitely recommend this hotel 😊
