Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Apartment Zwei was super clean and fully equipped. We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law, and two young children, and each family had its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spring water was delicious straight from the source, and the south-facing location gave us sun all day. The owner was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the bread delivery. From 6:00 a.m., orders were waiting in a basket at the bottom of the stairs. There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if stairs are difficult. Luckily, our son-in-law and daughter were very strong! The Rosenalm ski lift is a five-minute drive away, and it’s a perfect ski area. I’d been looking forward to the Klammlhof Schnitzel station, but unfortunately it’s closed in winter. There are lots of restaurants in Zell am Ziller and Aschau. We’d love to come back.

The apartment is luxurious, the location is excellent, and the price is reasonable. The one drawback is the cleaning fee of about 60 euros, which guests have to pay themselves. The owner doesn’t provide cleaning service.

The forest views from our apartment were lovely, and it felt peaceful and spotlessly clean. It worked really well for our family: two double bedrooms each had an en-suite bathroom, plus there was a separate toilet with a shower in the hallway, another toilet by the entrance, a large living room with a kitchen, and a balcony.

It was more than wonderful. Since it’s so isolated, I’d recommend it for larger families.
