The food was laid out neatly and there was enough choice, but €16.50 per person felt too expensive. Coffee was included, though it was undrinkable. The cappuccino we ordered was fine to drink, but we had to pay extra for it. We’d booked the Advent breakfast buffet for today, but the seating was a letdown. There weren’t many seats, so they put us at a makeshift table between the entrance and the cloakroom. It was far too low to sit comfortably and clearly wasn’t meant for that use. They should have just told us there were no seats left instead of offering that.

We arrived at 7:50 PM to find the hotel closed, despite having booked and confirmed 4 rooms. The phone line they advertised didn’t work, and nobody replied to our email. We had to urgently find somewhere else for 6 people. The whole experience was completely negative.
