Great!

I left Eurospar Rose annoyed and decided I wouldn’t shop there again. Customers shouldn’t have personal or internal problems taken out on them, and I expect to be treated respectfully, especially when I clearly need help. It started at the self-checkout. I scanned my shopping, then entered a bread roll manually and got a message I didn’t understand. A young man who looked southern European and spoke with a German accent was already behind me. After we briefly looked at each other, he came over. Rather than explain calmly, he sounded aggressive and visibly irritated. He just told me to put the item on the other shelf, with no explanation and barely any courtesy. I had to hold back from responding and telling him that tone was completely unacceptable.

I’d gone to Spar Rose for black tea because my throat was really sore, but couldn’t find it in the aisles. Luka, an incredibly kind and helpful employee, showed me where it was. Thanks again for your help, Luka!!!

I’ve now been given chili liverwurst instead of a chili-cheese liverwurst roll for the second time. Yesterday the cut end was completely dried out, and today the slice was 2-3 cm thick. I’m probably going to buy my liverwurst somewhere else from now on. The two stars are for the times when the counter staff did a good job and made a really good chili-cheese liverwurst roll.
