We only went to the restaurant for dinner and didn’t stay the night. The owner welcomed us so warmly that we felt like family from the start. The food was outstanding, full of flavor, and clearly made with real care and passion. It was a lovely evening. We’ll come back if we’re staying in Eisenerz again.

The new owners took over only three months ago, and you can already see the difference in a good way. They’re so friendly and know how to look after guests. Service is warm, attentive, and professional every time. We’ve been back several times. The food has been excellent on every visit, cooked just right, full of flavor, and made with real skill and passion. Great atmosphere too. We’ll keep coming back and recommend this place 1000%.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the owner of this awful place accused my friend of lying about having visited the restaurant. I wasn’t going to let that go. He seems unable to take criticism, since he replies to every bad review with a lie. The food was terrible too. They couldn’t even manage a simple Schnitzel with fries. I took two bites and stopped. The waiter felt so bad that she apologized and offered compensation, but everything else was terrible as well, so we left. A fun detail: the owner says the restaurant is closed, but the website doesn’t say that. He now suddenly remembers us being there, even though at first he claimed it had been closed for 72 days. Says it all, right? The owner is trying to threaten us, which shows his true face. Serve better food and lie less, and you’ll get the reviews you deserve. We were served by a highly pregnant woman who didn’t speak German. I suppose you’ll claim that’s made up too. Anyway, good luck with the business and your family. If you want really bad food and lies on top, go there. Otherwise, it’s a waste of time and money. Eating nothing would be better than eating at this place.

I just had dinner there. The host is a real host, friendly and helpful, and he talks a lot and enjoys life. I found out he likes watches, auto and motor races, and all kinds of pens.

The food was divine, with every bite a treat. You can taste the quality and passion, and there was so much attention to detail in every dish. The place has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. I’ll definitely be back, thanks for a lovely meal!
