The view from the room was perfect, and with snow it felt even more like a fairytale. We had great food, excellent staff under Bobo’s great leadership, and four great ski resorts nearby. Best vacation ever. If you’re after a dream ski holiday in Austria, there’s no doubt Die Aussicht is the best choice.

We stayed for 4 nights to ski in February 2026. The hotel has a quiet location close to Finkenberg and provides just fantastic service. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights over Christmas and New Year, and the ski holiday far exceeded our expectations. Most of all, the owner and staff were friendly and attentive throughout. It was our first family ski trip, and an absolutely unforgettable memory! The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious, with a surprise every day. They’d also given plenty of thought to families with little ones, from the large playroom to children’s size or specialty meals. After a day of skiing and chasing the kids, the wellness center was a great place to find some zen.

The walks around the hotel are easy and safe for families, and the surroundings are very child-friendly. We also loved how peaceful it was, with lovely views, spotless rooms, a playroom and an outdoor playground for the kids. The food was great, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Bernhard, Bobo, Mira, Nada and Suzi made the stay especially memorable with their wonderful attitude. I enjoyed every minute and choosing this holiday was one of my best decisions. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a great ski holiday and would happily return to Ferienhotel Aussicht. Getting ski lessons, lift access and passes arranged through the hotel made everything easy, and a bus to the gondolas comes by about every 20-30 minutes. There are several lovely ski areas nearby. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet spot, with friendly people and a fantastic wellness area. We enjoyed the saunas and hammams, refreshments and the beautiful view. Breakfast had a great spread, and the generous five-course dinner was lovely. The Kaiser schmarn was especially delicious and well worth trying. Everything was very clean, and there are plenty of hiking routes nearby. Our dog loved the area too.
