The Wachter family were extremely friendly and helpful, and having their ski depot lockers for us at the main location in Fiss was great. The apartment itself was very well thought out: an infrared cabin, separate toilet, a lovely balcony with amazing mountain views, and a kitchen stocked with coffee and filters. The house also provided what we needed for washing dishes. There’s a bakery right next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. During the holiday season, book täa tables well in advance because the restaurants are fully booked. A place I'd recommend any time.

The farm feel was lovely, and the children could feed the rabbits and groom the horses. The horseback riding was a highlight. Our apartment had everything we needed, was very clean, and was equipped really well. The owners were so friendly and always had time to chat or offer advice. We felt very well looked after.

The farm shop "Goggala" in town is open 24/7 and has great eggs and ice cream. If you're traveling with children, join the horseback ride and help with the stable care. We also stopped by the museum when Thomas was baking bread. We stayed September 7-21, 2025, for 14 nights, two adults and our four-year-old. Our ground-floor Apartment "Tirolerland" had direct access to the garden, which was perfect for playing. It had two bedrooms and was very clean and well maintained. Ulrike and Thomas welcomed us personally, gave useful tips, and helped with little requests. We always felt like family. Our daughter loved the weekly horseback ride, including grooming and mucking out the stable. We also visited the rabbits every day with dandelions we picked ourselves. We cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays had "marmot breakfast" in the main house, with homemade bread, butter, jam, plus ham and cheese from the village. Highly recommend it. The location in the heart of Fiss meant we left the car parked for all 14 days. All four gondolas are an easy walk, the bakery is next door, and the supermarket is within walking distance. Wi-Fi was free and reliable in both the apartment and on the farm. It's an authentic, welcoming farm with a great location and hosts who clearly love what they do. We'll be back next year and can't wait.

The location in Fiss is excellent, with the pizzeria and bakery just a minute away and the gondolas an easy walk. We had a fantastic apartment and a beautiful house, with a wonderful hostess. Such a lovely place, highly recommended, and I can't think of anything negative to say.
