The people were incredible, the hotel phenomenal, and the team truly outstanding. Everything was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come back next year.

The location and facilities were hard to beat, but what really made the difference for us was how lovely our interactions with the staff were throughout the stay. Our children, aged 2 and 6, thrived there, which made us more comfortable and added to our enjoyment as parents. The luxury board, wine, and cocktails also deserve high marks, they were top notch throughout. A top class experience all around. We can’t wait to return.

One of the best ski-in, ski-out hotels I’ve stayed at. The food is good, the location is perfect, and the heated indoor and outdoor pools are great in summer and winter. I can’t think of anything that could be better. I’ve been three times already and am looking forward to coming back in winter 2025.

The standout for me was the staff and service. Truly amazing. Our room was lovely, with great views, and I think all the rooms have a bathtub. The food was the best we’ve had at any hotel in Europe. For anyone who loves food, this may be as good as a kinderhotel gets. They also have kids’ club lunches and dinners, which not every kinderhotel offers. The kids’ club brings all the children together in one area, and the staff are really good. The head of the club noticed something about our son that we hadn’t really considered before, and that insight has been helpful. Drinks aren’t included, but the bar staff make excellent cocktails that are worth the price, and the wine cellar is well stocked. The spa has a good mix of sauna and steam room, with areas for adults and children. Between the pool and spa there’s a relaxation room that feels like something out of a movie. There’s also a great plunge pool if you enjoy switching between hot and cold. The children’s and adults’ pools are both great and the water is lovely and warm. The outdoor hot tub is something else: sitting in it in the snow, watching people ski, is hard to describe. There aren’t major playgrounds, but being so close to the slopes is a good alternative. It’s not right in downtown Fiss, though you can walk there. The location by the lifts is amazing, with no walk needed to reach them. An elevator takes you from the boot room high enough up the ski slopes to reach the gondolas, which is truly unique. They also park your car and carry your bags to your room, then take them back to the car when you leave. I wish every hotel did that.
