The apartment faced the main street, but the well-insulated windows kept the noise out and let us sleep peacefully. Central Holiday Resort Flachau combines hotel and apartment living really well and is a great choice for families. The kids loved the indoor fun park, jumping area, bowling, and pools, while we enjoyed the wellness and spa area. Everything was clean, in excellent condition, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated having vacuum cleaners available for guests in each hallway. Simply amazing :)

This was our second stay at the Chalet Deluxe, and we really like the spacious, comfortable chalet and its private sauna with panoramic views. After skiing, the outdoor jacuzzi is a dream. The hotel has great facilities that the kids absolutely love, and the location is ideal, near both the supermarket and chair lift. We also really appreciate the secure underground parking. Maybe we'll be back next year!

The best hotel for the whole family! Since the renovation, the hotel's services have gone into outer space. One request though, please move the skill cut machine out of the hotel. The children cry and the parents lose millions of euros :-)

The Chalet Delux was a great fit for us, with five bedrooms, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and really nice. The resort has heated pools, a spa, and a fantastic indoor park packed with things for kids to do. The final cleaning charge was the one thing I couldn’t make sense of. We paid over 4500 EUR for the stay, then found out cleaning was 10% of the rate, which came to 457 EUR. I’ve never encountered a fee like that. Since there’s no room service and changing towels costs extra, this is just for the final clean. I don’t see why it has to be a percentage instead of a flat fee, and 457 EUR seems insanely high to me.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the hotel has loads for kids and parents to enjoy, including pools, indoor bowling, and an indoor football court. The reception service could use improvement. On our first night, one bed hadn’t been made, and there was no one available to help. Some rooms also get street noise, which they should explain more clearly beforehand.
