We ended up walking to a bar about 100m away. We were sitting outside where a sign said to go inside to ask for service, and there were other people having drinks outside too. When I asked the older guy behind the bar, he rudely said, "You will wait at least 15mins to be served," then turned his back. Nice service!

After a hard day skiing, the large pool and relaxing wellness area were just what we needed. The morning and evening buffets had options for everyone, including quite a few vegetarian dishes. We didn't eat there at noon, so I can't comment on the 12 a clock soup. The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel and drops you off at the ski-keller, which made getting to the slopes easy.

The wellness area is for ages 14 and up, nude, and open from 16.00 till 19.00. It has several saunas, a Turkish steamroom, and a fresh air room. There's also a pool for ages 12 and up, swimwear required, open from 07.00 till 20.00, good for a dip or a short swim. The hotel is cozy, with good rooms and decent food.

The activities were fun and well organized, and the room was cute and clean. Service was perfect. Nothing to complain about, it was completely worth the money.
