Seeschlössl / Hotel Seewinkel

The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, and the cooking is fabulous, from the starters and soups to the main courses and desserts. The hotel is picturesque, with a private beach on the lake. Our room was clean and had a balcony.

They were so willing to help with my special diet and cooked what I needed. It’s a wonderful hotel in a magical place. Thank you again, we’ll definitely come back.

The staff were the best part of a stay that was disrupted by flooding in Austria. We had planned a cousin holiday at Hotel Seewinkel, and manager Roman, along with Manuela, Zholt and Helga, were understanding and caring throughout. Right from our first contact in Australia to book, the communication was quick and thoughtful. It’s a charming hotel, with lovely rooms and spaces to relax and take in the magnificent views of Fuschl See in any weather. The food was fabulous, and the sauna and spa facilities are superb. With the sun out, there’s plenty to do on the lake, including lots of fun activities. Thank you so, so much. We’ll be back. Michele & Rick from Australia.

The robot lawn mower was hilariously fascinating, and the setting was delightful. We spent a week here and enjoyed the whole hotel, especially the friendly, helpful staff. We were the only vegetarians staying, but the chef worked hard to make sure we had vegetarian choices each night. We can’t wait to return.
