The owners made us feel welcome, and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast and the evening meals were both very good.

The ski room was well heated, and the kitchen had a very good range of appliances and utensils. The family-run aparthotel felt cozy and welcoming, with modern furnishings. There were enough parking spaces, though some were a bit narrow. One small suggestion: the pillows in Florina Room were so soft they felt almost nonexistent. It would be helpful to have some firmer ones alongside them. A soap dispenser by the bathroom sink would also be nice.

The half-board meals were a highlight, with plenty of variety, regional influences, and consistently delicious food. Everyone on the hotel team was warm and attentive, and they always accommodated our special requests. Thanks to all of them for the hospitality. After skiing, we enjoyed unwinding in the well-kept wellness area, including the sauna, steam room, and plunge pool. Our room was cozy, clean, and inviting, and the ski bus stop was only a five-minute walk away. Galtür was beautiful, clean, and pleasantly quiet, without feeling overcrowded. The ski area had options for all skill levels. We’d happily come back for another holiday.
