The location is the one thing this place has going for it. There’s a bus stop 10m away, and Stubnerkogel is about 1km away. Service was nonexistent. When we arrived, the first thing we had to do was clean the room. (The old guy didn’t seem to know he had guests.) You have to buy your own toilet paper, because you use the toilet. And the toilet stinks like a sewer. There are 10 apartments but only 2 parking spaces, so you can guess how likely you are to get a spot. You can park on the street in front of the neighbour’s house, but the fat guy there calls the cops as soon as he sees you. Same with the lady across the street. Forget about getting any rest. Three Swedish couples, around 20 years old, live there for a few months. They throw stuff around in the rooms, run on the stairs after 11pm, scream, and play music from 2-4am because they sleep during the day. We reported it to the owner, but nothing came of it. The walls are as thin as paper, so you hear everyone talking, snoring, having sex, and so on. Unless you get the big apartment, it isn’t worth the money they ask. We left more stressed than when we arrived.
