The receptionist was nice, but said she couldn’t call Klaus. He arranged to meet me, then didn’t show up or answer the phone. I ended up driving two hours for nothing. That was careless and disrespectful, and doesn’t reflect well on the owner’s son.

The location is great, and the lady who welcomed us was polite and friendly throughout. She also helped us with our bikes. The hotel itself was cozy and clean. Definitely recommend it! ❤️

The location is excellent, and our room had great views. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. But after a long day snowboarding, it was hard to sleep with the very loud music at night. Food varied a lot, sometimes lovely and sometimes genuinely inedible. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

Our late booking meant the four of us shared a family room, but it was spacious and we had no issues. The hotel was friendly, clean, and comfortable, with good food, especially the chef’s soups. It’s a 10-minute walk to the ski lifts, or you can wait for the free bus. The bar is great and stays open until 0400, if you can keep going that long!

The staff were amazing, and I felt pampered and very well looked after. Inita, the guest services manager, made my stay even better. She’s friendly, amazing, and professional. My room was spacious and clean, with an unbelievably beautiful mountain view. This was one of my favorite hotels while traveling in Bad Gastein. The thermal area is worth checking out. The pool is beautiful, nicely heated, and has an amazing mountain view. It’s only a 7-minute walk from the hotel. There’s a bus station directly nearby, and the train station and city center are also very close. Thank you for the birthday surprise. You made me so happy that day 🎂 🌺 I’d definitely stay here again!❤️❤️❤️
