Albert, who ran the restaurant front of house, was especially good: efficient, very knowledgeable and always had time for a chat. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful too. We ate well in the restaurant, and our clean, well-kept bedroom had comfortable beds. The hotel is connected to its sister property, which has superb facilities. The location is good, though BG has plenty of steep streets going up and down.

We had a great stay and I have no complaints. Our room was on the top floor and spread over two levels. It was cleaned each day while we were out, and everything was in good shape. The staff were kind and greeted us warmly.

The rooms were clean and cosy, and the hotel itself was good. The male waiter at the restaurant was too much Gran Canaria charter for me. Without him, I'd give it five stars.

We had access to the spa at Salzburger Hof, which was a nice bonus. Our hotel had good Wi-Fi and a TV with six Swedish channels as well as several others. The food was very good and the staff friendly. It's a nice hotel next to the Salzburger hof, with room for a reasonable number of guests.
