We came for a wedding, and although the location and rooms were great and the staff really nice, the vegetarian meal was bad. Maybe vegetarian food isn't their usual menu, but the soup had no taste, the main course wasn't fully cooked, and the dessert was just strange. I don't know what universe banana tiramisu is meant to taste like muesli bars with vegan pudding, but it wasn't good. I can't fully recommend the place.

We had dinner at the restaurant on several nights and really enjoyed it, with great staff and a playground right beside it for the kids. We stayed at the hotel for a few nights too. The rooms were clean, service was good, and breakfast had an amazing range of options.

The food is nice, and there's a well-equipped playground where our kid can have fun while we enjoy a relaxed meal. We go back regularly, and Agi, the waitress, remembers what we like to order. She's such a kind, positive person. Fantastic restaurant and great service.

We spent three nights here and were very happy with all the service. The crew were great, helpful, and really committed to making us feel welcome in a family atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful nature. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. This isn't a fancy wellness hotel, though it does have wellness facilities. If you're after an impersonal wellness hotel, this isn't that kind of place. What you'll get is traditional Austrian hospitality and surroundings.
