Hotel Good Rooms Guntramsdorf

The owner of this so-called hotel was the rudest person I've ever met. He wanted 700 euros because we accidentally spilled water on the floor. At 1 AM, he came into a friend's room without knocking or checking whether my friend was dressed. He complained that our lights were on and said we should have been asleep, though I don't think whether I'm asleep is his business. When one of my friends laughed, he grabbed him by the throat and threatened to call the police if we didn't go to sleep right away.

A quiet, safe place south of Vienna, though its location is a bit unusual and out of the way. The room was basic but very clean, and breakfast was nice.

The rooms were clean and cozy, which was the only good part of our stay. We were there with a group of children and parents for a dance and singing festival. One evening, their teacher was rehearsing with the children outside when the manager started yelling aggressively, chased them, and slammed doors. The little ones were so scared that noises in the corridor kept making them jump during the night. The next night we got back from the festival after 10 PM because the award ceremony had run late, not because we'd been wandering around. The manager shouted at us, threatened to throw us out, and said he wouldn't let us sleep there. He did let us stay in the end, but the whole thing was so stressful it felt like being in a military barracks.

The manager was aggressive and rude, threatening to call the police over every little thing. Breakfast was horrible, made with hardly any effort and nowhere near worth 15 euros. My personal pillow also went missing from the room. Worst experience ever.
