Hallstatt Lake View House

The owner was especially nice and responded quickly, and the place is not too far from the town center. I was worried beforehand because the Google rating and comments were poor, particularly about temperature, cleanliness, hangers, a shower curtain, and a TV. There was no hanger or shower curtain, and the wooden floors creak. But unlike what I read in the reviews, there were radiators and a TV. Based on my stay, I'd give this accommodation, seablik? room, a 6-7 out of 10. I've attached the view from the accommodation.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had what we needed. It was spacious, right in the center, and had a stunning view of the lake.

Sandra was so kind that she drove over to pick us up when it started raining. We loved the spacious studio, which was not far from the parking. It also had a kettle, a selection of teas, and a small coffee machine with capsules.

Getting to the accommodation was physically and mentally exhausting. It was in a remote, hilly area, 21 km from the lake, with no phone connectivity. The drive used a lot of fuel, and I wouldn't recommend the location to tourists. The place we were given was also half the size described on Booking.com. The listing was incorrect, and I consider the property a fraud. Booking.com didn't help when I complained. The host was slow to respond, and we had to call six or seven times at check-in. They only shared the address when we called then, so we had nowhere to go until someone answered. I have nothing positive to say about this property.
