The owners are welcoming, and you can get fresh produce from their livestock if you need some. There's also a herb garden guests can help themselves to, and the kitties that sometimes wander outside are very friendly. The cottage is clean and roomy, set among beautiful rolling hills and farmland. Cozy chalet-style holiday rentals.

A log fire and fully fitted kitchen made the chalet wonderfully comfortable, with everything you'd need. The host was lovely and had plenty of farm goods on offer. It's a great base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area, in stunning countryside.

They welcomed us into their home, showed us the animals, then served a wonderful meal made entirely from their own produce. A lovely family farm.
