The area is very quiet, so there aren’t many entertainment options just around the corner. We spent our days hiking and took the kids to nearby Murmel Tierland, which they enjoyed. There’s also an easy walk to a small waterfall. Ferienhotel Hoppet suited our group of three families well during the Auffahrts holidays. It’s a neat, peaceful, family-run hotel with a warm, personal feel. Most guests were Austrian families with young children, and the atmosphere stayed calm and family-oriented. Breakfast and dinner buffets were included, with a good selection each day. We could also make packed sandwiches for lunch, which worked well for hikes, and unlimited beer, wine, and schnaps were included too, a nice extra for the adults. The children loved the heated pool, even though it’s not very big. The adults enjoyed the sauna and steam room after days in the mountains. We had a relaxing, lovely stay and would definitely return if looking for a peaceful, family-friendly spot to enjoy nature.

We had a pleasant, memorable stay with family and friends from 29.05.2025 to 01.06.2025. There were 16 of us, adults and children, and everyone had a good time together. We booked through Aldi Holidays Switzerland with the all-inclusive option. Our rooms had lovely mountain views. The buffet wasn’t very extensive, but the food was good and satisfying. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was commendable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and sauna. For lunch, we could pack our own sandwiches with a good range of fillings and take some fruit along. A nice choice for families and groups.

The hotel is amazing, with great service and top quality food. The pool and spa relaxation room were great too, including the outdoor pool.

The buffet was fine, and we definitely ate well, but the dining room layout was frustrating. The tables and chairs are arranged so tightly that you can’t walk between the tables over the chairs, and you have to squeeze your way to your seat. Otherwise we were very satisfied with this lovely hotel and its friendly staff. The bed creaked, and the pillow was small, but that was just a small issue for us. We’re taking one star off for the dining room.

The valley and mountain views are marvellous. The staff were so kind and professional, and we had a great time here. Highly recommend!
