We had a quiet, comfortable stay with a lovely view. A good restaurant is right across the road, and by car it’s about five minutes to supermarkets, lifts, attractions and ATMs. Highly recommended.

The owner was very accommodating and arranged everything we needed. The place itself was clean, comfortable and spacious, just as we’d hoped. We spent a long weekend with friends in the lovely surroundings, close to several ski areas including Nassfeld. The Italian Alps and Julian Alps, as well as lakes in Slovenia, are nearby too. We managed breakfast in Austria, lunch in Italy and dinner in Slovenia. Thanks again to the owner.

Rattendorf is quiet, though there’s no shop or restaurant in the village. The Millennium Express cable car is under 3 km away, and the ski bus stops 50 metres from the accommodation. Our room was spotless and roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer, stove and dishwasher. There was no microwave. The bathroom was excellent, with underfloor heating.

A clean, spacious apartment with everything equipped, about five minutes from the resort. Great for Nassfeld skiing, though it would suit more than just a ski trip. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Rattendorf for a lovely week in winter, then came back in summer. The apartment is attractive, clean and practical, and we had everything we needed. There’s also a carport with a large storage room. In good weather the balcony is a treat, with a view over the charming village, including the church steeple.
