The apartment was clean, had a lovely panoramic view, and was set in a quiet location in a charming little village. There’s plenty of cycling and hiking nearby, lots of restaurants with delicious food, plus free swimming and cable cars with a pass. More than I can list. Hans and I had a wonderful time at Huis Bergblick with Erwin and Saskia. Their warm communication and hospitality made the whole atmosphere so lovely. Highly recommended!

We had a great week at Haus Bergblick during the summer holidays, with stunning mountain views. Saskia and Erwin were incredibly welcoming and gave us some great tips, including Gleinkersee, which was beautiful. We went on fantastic outings every day and especially liked mixing mountain hikes with swims. The AktivCard gives access to lots of things, including the gondolas and cable cars up the mountain. The public pools were great for cooling off too. Kids can get walking sticks at the tourist office, and some mountain restaurants give a sticker with a meal, which makes for a fun hiking destination. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed with Sakia and Erwin for 2/5 weeks, and it was so lovely we didn’t want to leave. The apartment is very quiet and has excellent amenities. They’re both happy to answer questions and do their best to make things possible. We’ll be back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a break from the stress of old age.
