We only planned on staying two nights, but extended it to four and still didn’t want to leave. The staff made our trip brilliant. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the setting is great for bike rides and sightseeing during the day, with good food and wine in the evenings. This could become our yearly getaway. Give it a try, I bet you’ll have a wonderful time too.

Our group had an amazing dinner and wine tasting one evening, hosted by CIA. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, especially Maria’s home baking. We stayed in room 5, which felt spacious and comfortable, with a deep bath. The hotel’s distinctive style was another thing we liked.

A brilliant event and a lasting memory. The apartments all had new bathrooms, and we were served a great food and wine menu, eight courses in all. Willi Opitz is an awesome man with real vision, skill, and passion for amazing #wine. A great family too. Remembering and appreciating Willi & Maria, Iain & Angela + Daniel. March 2021. #williopitz #opitzone
