The room was spacious, which is the only reason for the one star. There was no fan or ventilation. When we asked for a fan, I had to make an international call to the helpline because they don't use WhatsApp. They got upset and said I should have booked a more expensive room. That's not what their website says: it advertises air conditioning, and our other room, 216, had it. You can't tell whether you'll actually get what's promised. They flatly refused to provide a fan. With the windows open, the traffic was so loud we couldn't hear each other talking, and the noise went on 24/7. A party at the bar below was loud until 2 am, then I was woken at 5:45 am. We were persuaded to book after being assured service wouldn't be an issue. Had we known, we never would have booked a place with a 3 star rating. We felt duped. Check-in starts exactly at 15:30. There were 20 people ahead of us, and the very slow, ancient system cost me 45 minutes. We stayed for two days and never saw a single staff member in person, so there was no one to ask about any amenities. My advice is to stay away.
