I'd stay here again, hopefully. The room was fantastic, modern, and very clean, and they provided the lower bunk I asked for. The staff were great, especially the guy at reception. Breakfast had lots of choice. It's a three-minute walk to tramline 3, which gets you to the city centre in under 15 minutes. Beer is cheap too, €4 during happy hour. There was a €3 per night city tax to pay on arrival.

I was only here for a day, but it really wasn't worth the price. We checked in half an hour before the official time, and the heater didn't start working until another hour later. In October, we had no choice but to shiver. It kept switching off during the night, too. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, but the shower had almost no water pressure. We couldn't even get a kettle for the room, despite being willing to pay extra.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well kept, and the woman who checked us in was the only staff member I found genuinely hospitable. I stayed with my family for two nights. On the first morning, we came down at 9 and the croissants, eggs, yoghurt, and juice were gone. When we asked kitchen staff for eggs, they rudely said everything was already out. A different receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful when we raised it. She said it was up to the kitchen whether to put out more food, didn't think it mattered that we'd paid for breakfast, and told us without apology to eat the vegetables on the buffet. I understand food can run out, but this was an hour before breakfast ended and could have been explained politely. My family saw much the same thing the next day, when they went earlier. They managed to eat, but most items had only one tray or basket, and kitchen staff didn't seem to care when people asked for more. I travel a lot and haven't seen guests treated with such indifference and rudeness before. They charge for breakfast but provide the bare minimum, or in my case, just vegetables. I'd pay 10-20€ more to stay somewhere better.

A cosy place with lovely design and friendly staff. The breakfast was great, too. It's on the outskirts of Innsbruck, with incredible views of the mountains and meadows, about 20 minutes by tram from the centre. The highway is just below.
