The location is great, the staff are lovely, and breakfast was really good. But the glass bathroom badly affected my stay. The wall was barely obscured, and there was a huge gap between the doors, so there was basically no privacy. I wouldn’t come back for this reason alone.

The hotel is quiet and right in the heart of Innsbruck, in a really convenient spot. The rooms are small, more like NYC size, but clean, functional, and have everything you need. We faced the main street with trams and traffic, yet the thick windows kept it quiet. While sightseeing, it’s handy to be able to pop in and use the washroom. There are a few grocery stores five minutes east on foot. I didn’t try breakfast, but EUR 29 seems very expensive to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

A taxi rank runs 24/7 across the road, and most attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The location is brilliant. Our modern room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and it was quiet. The staff were so friendly, and there was a good selection at breakfast.

Everything was very clean, and we had really nice rooms with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was great. The woman at registration continued to be helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, and she gave us useful tips for our first visit. The hotel is right beside old Town, which is a perfect location. The only drawback was that the best parking was about two blocks away, though the hotel subsidized part of the cost.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. It’s right in the city centre, so very convenient. The experience was really nice, though quite pricey. My only problem was that the WiFi wasn’t working properly.
