We were very happy with our stay. The mountain views from the room and rooftop bar were incredible, and breakfast came with great coffee. Our bed was comfortable, and the sheets and duvet were clean. The hotel is easy to reach on foot from both the train station and the old town, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops nearby. The staff were lovely, and the service was excellent. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Sofia was so kind and gave us fantastic ideas for things to do in Innsbruck. Her customer service alone would make me want to stay here again. Being right by the main train station also made getting around really easy.

The 13th-floor bar is beautiful, and the motel is right beside the train station, which made getting around convenient. Our room was comfortable and a good size for a short stay, with the essentials. A kettle would have made it even better. Check-in was smooth, and they let us in before 3 pm.

The rooftop restaurant had a lovely view and was a highlight. Being right by the train station was very convenient, but the room had no kettle, which was a nuisance. When we arrived in the morning, we only wanted to ask about leaving our bags. The staff member seemed impatient and assumed we were asking for early check-in, and could have been clearer and more welcoming. Later, the afternoon check-in wait was quite long.

There’s a great view from the room, but it’s extremely small. With large suitcases, moving around becomes difficult, and the breakfast choices are quite limited. The main advantage is the location, only about a two-minute walk from the railway station. Fine for a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend a longer stay.
