The food was excellent, and the service was so friendly. We also made great use of the free bus tickets, taking the bus from the hotel to Innsbruck Altstadt, Patscherkofel, and Nordkette. It’s a beautiful, cozy traditional hotel, renovated with a tasteful mix of old and modern style. Everything felt clean and looked lovely, and we really enjoyed the spa. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

We had a really good stay and enjoyed a glass of wine with the very friendly staff in the evening. The rooms are spacious and well kept, with a nice mountain view through the small window in front of the bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was good. There’s an outdoor infinity pool on the second floor and above, with lovely mountain views, plus two saunas. The hotel is in the Lans area of Innsbruck, near the southern mountain peak, and the J bus runs frequently to the town centre. Highly recommend it.

The pool view was amazing, and there were play areas for the kids, plus saunas. We liked the restaurant and thought breakfast was great. The room had no kettle or fridge, which was a pain with little ones when everything was shut at night. Getting to Innsbruck was a quick bus ride, and the views were awesome.

The restaurant has very good local food, and breakfast is excellent. It’s also well connected by bus, with the tram to Innsbruck and panoramic hiking routes conveniently close. One thing that needs attention is the bathroom door, which doesn’t offer much privacy. A curtain might help.
