The owner of Chasa Valletta acts as if he is the king, and customer service seems completely foreign to him. As soon as we arrived, he was looking for a reason to make us leave. He was already upset that we parked in an underground garage instead of in front of the hotel, even though that was not what we had agreed on. He is rude, shouts constantly, and seems to have very little emotional awareness. His wife wasn't any better. If you stay quiet all week and do exactly what he wants, you might enjoy your stay, but he made us feel unwelcome from the start. I don't know why he chose to work in hospitality. He should leave the industry as soon as possible. If you want someone to ruin your holiday, give this place a try and pass on my greetings.

Our holiday was completely ruined, and we couldn't wait to leave. Martin threatened to throw us out, but we stood our ground. He confronted us repeatedly and upset nearly everyone in our group, including my daughters, who are 10 and 8. Even in the apartment, you couldn't get away from the owner. He would come in without warning and, at 6pm, tell us to turn the music off completely, not just lower it. He owns the whole hotel, though he presents himself on Airbnb as the owner of a single apartment. Awful place. Don't go there.

The rooms were tidy, though nothing special. Breakfast was brilliant, and the staff were really friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and parking in a nearby underground garage was easy.

A nice place in a good location, with a good approach to guests and a good breakfast. The practical setup for skis and boots works well too. I can recommend it.
