The restaurant team are always smiling and a pleasure to look at, and everyone is so sweet that you can almost overlook the food being too salty from time to time. The hotel is convenient, with friendly staff, clean, well-equipped rooms, a cozy wellness area, and a skiroom that works fine. The Skibus stop is within walking distance. It seems like a perfect spot for winter or summer holidays.

The portions were huge, and everything we tried at the restaurant was great. The garlic soup was delicious, the pizza had crisp dough, and both the mixed grill and juicy wienerschnietzel were tasty. Service was friendly too. I recommend giving the place a visit!

The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel itself was very pleasant and quiet, though the restaurant got fairly busy. Staff were very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were tasty with plenty of variety. The ski bus stops less than 100 meters away and takes you to Ischgl for free in 5-10 minutes if you have a ski or tourist pass. I'd happily come back next year.

My wife and I asked the hotel team before our trip what they thought about traveling to Ischgl. They said it was completely safe, with no chance of getting sick. We ended up getting the Corona virus, and most of the hotel staff and other guests were already sick too. Just one day after we arrived, the city was being closed completely, and we had to pack our things without any warning. The owners were unkind, and I wouldn't choose this hotel. The food was awful as well, and many guests had stomach problems during those days.

The place felt a bit deserted, and the food was expensive and took forever even though the restaurant was almost empty. The Käsespätzle were good, at least.
