The staff were incredibly informative, which was great. Getting to Ischgl takes some planning, though: walking to the ski lifts would take over an hour, or you can use the free city buses, but they stop around 19:30. If you want to stay out late for dinner or drinks in town, you’ll need a taxi. We paid €20 for a 7-minute ride. Parking in Ischgl costs €7 from 07:00-19:00. In my opinion, driving into town is absolutely worth it if you want the convenience of being able to get around.

We had an amazing week at the Edelweiss hof. The hosts were so friendly, everything was clean, and we had some lovely breakfasts. Special thanks to Hernan, Erik & Alejandrooo! We’ll definitely be back!!!

We spent five days at the Edelweisshof, and the replacement for a room key we lost on the ski slopes cost an exorbitant €70. It felt like a rip-off. Two people in our group had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was rock hard, so we got about two hours of sleep on average. The second room was right beside the breakfast room, and from 5 or 6 a.m. we could watch the tables being set. Next time I’d gladly pay a few euros more at another hotel for basics like a comfortable mattress and a quiet room.

We stayed for five days of skiing and had no issue with the apartment setup, even though beds aren’t made and towels aren’t changed when rooms are rented this way. The house and our room were clean, breakfast was perfectly adequate, and the ski bus to Ischgl came every 10 minutes.
