The service was excellent, and the food was really tasty and presented elegantly. The rooms are clean. We come every year and can see the improvements the hotel has made. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

We had delicious food and great service at this comfortable hotel in the heart of Ischgl. The spa is fabulous, with both an indoor and an outdoor pool. It’s a great spot for a winter ski holiday.

The restaurant was amazing, and the staff were professional and friendly. Incredible hospitality and service. This is the perfect place to stay.

The traditional room suited us better than the contemporary option, and the hotel has that lovely mix of Austrian style and comfort. We were back at the Royal Trofana for a pre-Christmas ski week, our second visit, and somehow enjoyed it even more than the first, which was already amazing. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. For skiing, the location works very well, with a great ski room and ski-to-door access. I really can't recommend it enough.

We wouldn't choose anywhere else in Ischgl. The spa and pools are superb, the rooms are luxurious and spotless, and the food has both great quality and variety. The staff were brilliant throughout. I can't understand the comments about them being arrogant, as everyone we dealt with was just superb.
