The kids, 4 and 7, were happiest in the playroom and kept making new friends there every day. We also had a great pool and sauna, and our room worked really well for the three of us. The family and staff running the hotel were incredibly kind and helped our Opa get settled in his room. The chef and kitchen staff were lovely too, and clearly talented. We didn’t get to try everything the place offers, but it’s an easygoing, relaxing spot.

The pool, outdoor jacuzzi, several saunas and gym were all included in the price, which was great. It’s about 11 km from the slopes at Oberjoch, with a bus stop nearby. We had a really good family stay, with varied food and friendly staff.

Breakfast was good, and there were still plenty of tables even later in the morning. The hotel is comfortable and tucked away somewhere quiet, with lovely mountain views from the rooms.

The restaurant was the real highlight for me. The goulash was delicious, among the best I’ve ever had, and the dining room felt warm and inviting with its beautiful wooden décor. My room was cozy and spotless, with a lovely view of the ski slope to wake up to. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, helping with recommendations and making sure things went smoothly. I had a comfortable, memorable stay and am already looking forward to returning.
