The view and location were sensational, and the hostess and her family made us feel so welcome. Our dog was greeted warmly too. The apartment was bright, spacious, and beautifully equipped, with a level of cleanliness I’ve rarely seen. Probably the nicest holiday apartment I’ve stayed in. I’d give it 50 stars if I could, highly recommend.

We loved the Matrei-Kals resort so much that we’ve already booked another stay here for next spring. The owners are lovely, and we were glad we could bring our dog, with places nearby to walk him. The apartments are clean, modern, and very nice, with a great countryside view straight from the kitchen. There’s also a wellness area available by reservation. We recommend it!

Hannes and his whole family made our time there wonderful, and you can tell they care a lot about their family-run guesthouse. The apartment is new and modern, with a lovely balcony view. We found the kitchen perfectly equipped for quiet evenings after hiking or hunting in the beautiful area around the Grossglockner. Fantastic place, and we’d love to return.

The walk to the elevator was very manageable, and the apartment itself was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were great, and the kitchen may be the best-equipped one we’ve ever had. Our hosts were very friendly and always did their best to meet our wishes. Lovely view too. Thanks again.
