In January, the five of us stayed in a lovely apartment with a great layout, and it was close to the valley station. But the service and comfort didn’t match the price. The space under the beds hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there were beer mats left there. The heating barely worked. When we asked to turn up the underfloor heating, we were told no because it was already set to 21 degrees Celsius and raising it would cost more. Guests are paying for the accommodation, so heating costs shouldn’t be our concern. A portable oil-filled electric heater wouldn’t have made any difference to that cost. The bathroom towel warmer didn’t work either, and some of our towels and clothes were still damp the next day. Such a shame. I can’t recommend the place at that price with that level of service.
