The location was perfect and they replied to questions quickly, but the apartment let us down. The price didn’t feel fair for what we got.

We were there for the Christmas period, December 26th to 31st, 2024, and I thought the price was excellent for the region and time of year. Apartment 101 was simply furnished, but it had everything we needed and was better than I expected. Thomas, the owner/manager, was very friendly. It’s around a 6-minute walk to the lively center, where there are lots of restaurants, and the ski bus stop is only a few minutes away on foot. The Kitzbühel SkiWelt and Wilder Kaiser ski area are both close by and highly recommended. My daughter and I would happily return.

The place was filthy, which made an already bad stay worse. It’s completely outdated, there was no hot water on the second day, and the oven didn’t work. The beds were awful, and the pillows were terrible, with half of them broken or torn.

There wasn’t even soap in the bathroom, and the stinginess was unbelievable. One night the heating and ski boot dryer were turned off, obviously to save on energy costs, which was absolutely outrageous. We had to empty the trash and strip the beds ourselves when leaving, so why were we paying €25 for final cleaning? They also charge extra for every 30 minutes you’re late. I’ve never seen anything like this, not even in the cheapest hostels.
